Feeding Tips for 9 to 12 Months

Now that your baby is almost 1 year old, expect a smaller and pickier appetite. Your baby’s growth rate slows around his first birthday so he may not be as hungry. Avoid the “clean plate syndrome” by not forcing your child to eat everything on his plate when he no longer hungry.
