Teen Volunteer Scholarship

The Dorothy Isaac Scholarship is a tribute to an incredibly dedicated Nationwide Children’s Hospital and community volunteer.  During her lifetime, Dorothy Isaac demonstrated her devotion to the Nationwide Children’s community and volunteer service.  Dotty’s volunteer legacy is continued today by her family, and at Nationwide Children’s, we especially value the sustaining service of Dotty’s daughter, Bobbie Weiler, who began volunteering at Nationwide Children’s in 1963.

The Dorothy Isaac Scholarship Fund is maintained within the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Foundation. Contributions to the fund are welcomed. More than thirty scholarships have been awarded since 1983, recognizing the outstanding teens within our community and supporting their advanced education.
