Welcome Center Services supports the unique needs of patients and families arriving from out-of-town, including housing, Every detail. Every aspect of care for every child. To prepare for a hospital visit, a good night’s rest, for both the patient and family, is essential. The Ronald McDonald House provides a safe and secure residence for patients and their families. Welcome Center Services works with families from outside Franklin County to coordinate accommodations before a scheduled visit or hospital stay through the Advance Placement Program.

Sleep Well, Get Well is a one-of-a-kind program made available to our patients traveling from outside of central Ohio. Local hotels offer a free hotel stay the night before any inpatient or outpatient procedure. Columbus has a variety of transportation and housing options and our local partners extend many special discounts to patients and families.

Need Financial Information? We have extensive experience in supporting families. Working through questions related to coverage for health care services available through commercial and public insurance, as well as other sources of national and international funding.
