Uma Gupta, MD

Uma Gupta, MD, is a member of the Ambulatory Section at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Gupta’s clinical responsibilities are in treating and providing preventive and well-child care to infants, children and adolescents, as well as clinical teaching of medical students and pediatric/family practice residents. Her special interests are in prevention of early childhood caries, ADHD, childhood obesity and international travel advice/immunizations. She is the Oral Health Advocate for AAP Ohio Chapter and member of Ohio Department of Health Task Force on Oral Health and Access to Dental Care. Dr. Gupta is board certified in pediatrics and has served as secretary for the local chapter of the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin.
