Timothy M. Hoffman, MD, FAHA, FACC, is Medical Director of the Heart Transplant and Heart Failure Program at The Heart Center at Nationwide Children's Hospital. He is Professor of Pediatrics, Division of Cardiology, at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Hoffman is also the Associate Medical Director of Cardiology and the Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship Program Director. Dr. Hoffman received his medical degree from West Virginia University. He completed his residency at West Virginia University Medical Center and received fellowship training at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He is certified in Pediatric Cardiology and Pediatrics. Dr. Hoffman serves as the Pediatric Liaison to the AHA Heart Transplant and Heart Failure Committee and as the Pediatric Representative for the ACC Board of Trustees-Ohio Division.
