Interview Days
Interviews are conducted on Thursday’s mid-October through end of November. You will be notified of available interview dates when invited to schedule your interview.  We usually schedule three candidates per day.  You will receive an itinerary a week before your interview.

Overnight Stay
Should your interview require that you travel, we ask that you arrive the day or evening before.   Our interviews begin at 7:30am on Thursdays.  Our applicants are provided hotel accommodations at Courtyard Marriott of Dublin.  Our department will be covering the cost of the room for one evening.  Our office will handle all reservations. A credit card will be required at check-in for any additional expenses that you may incur. You may review the hotel amenities at Courtyard Marriott of Dublin.

The Interview Day
We ask that you arrive at our Dublin location at 7:15am. Interviews with the faculty will start at 7:30am and end around 11:00am.  Faculty and candidates will go to lunch from 11:30am to 1:00pm.  After lunch, we will have a tour of our Dublin facility.  Interviews usually end around 2:00pm.

Please keep this in mind when making any travel arrangements. Travel time from Dublin or the hotel to the airport is approximately 20-30 minutes.

Our department will meet the beginning of December to review the files of all interviewed applicants. The rank order list will be submitted to NRMP in mid-December.  Match day is usually the beginning of January.
