Nursing Work/Study Program

Nationwide Children's Hospital nursing work/study program is a 13-week program providing temporary full-time employment for nursing students who have completed fundamental nursing courses and two clinical rotations from their College/School of Nursing. The program offers an opportunity for 21 hours of pediatric specific classes with varying topics to augment knowledge base and stimulate an interest in pediatrics. An assigned unit specific RN Resource Staff will assist and collaborate with you throughout your work/study experience. There is a nurse education team available to address questions, needs and concerns to maximize your experience and increase satisfaction during your experience at Children's.
