Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Fellowship Application :: Nationwide Children's Hospital, Columbus, Ohio

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Fellowship Application Process

Eligible candidates should have completed either a five year combined residency program in pediatrics and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or a four year residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. They should be board eligible or board certified. There are both 1 year and 2 year fellowships available. One to two fellows are accepted annually. Selected candidates will be offered an onsite interview.

Applications for the Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine Fellowship must be submitted via the Electronic Residency Application Program (ERAS), which opens for participation July-September each year. The application should include 3 letters of recommendation (including one from your residency program director) and your Curriculum vitae, also submitted through ERAS.  When your completed application has been received and reviewed, you will be notified of the action taken and if you will be offered an opportunity to interview for a fellowship position. Interviews will be conducted September until mid-November.
