Sports Medicine Facilities
Everyone is different – especially kids! The Nationwide Children's Sports Medicine’s P.A.S.S. Program is designed to meet the needs of youth and adolescents that are looking to improve their conditioning level and prepare for athletic activity. The P.A.S.S. programs can be individualized or performed in group sessions. We look at the entire body to make sure that it moves efficiently and generating more energy safely.
All programs promote core training, flexibility, strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, and sport specific exercises. These sessions can be developed for the beginner, intermediate, and elite level athletes. These classes are instructed by duel credentialed Certified Athletic Trainers and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists to prevent injury and allow the athlete to excel in their sport.
Classes can be taught anytime during the year and are customized to the needs of the individual or group. These sessions can be scheduled between the family and the instructor at our Westerville or Dublin Sports Medicine Centers or at the group/team practice facility.
