The 2008 Parade of Homes, presented by the Building Industry Association (BIA) of central Ohio, will run Saturday, June 14 through Sunday, June 29 at the Village at Hannah Farms in Gahanna.
Tuckerman Home Group, Inc. is this year’s BIA Foundation House, with a portion of its proceeds designated to Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Members of TWIG, a women’s auxiliary group of Nationwide Children’s, will serve as hostesses at the Foundation House and other homes during the Parade.
TWIG also will be selling raffle tickets during the Parade. Raffle items include two playhouses built by Capital City Millwork & Renovations Unlimited and Bradco Supply Corp. & Insight Construction Services, LLC respectively; a Magellan play set donated by Buckeye Backyards; and an electric fence donated by Dog Watch Hidden Fences. All funds benefit patient care, research and education at Nationwide Children’s.
Raffle tickets can be purchased by calling Nationwide Children’s Hospital Foundation (614) 355-0888 or online at www.NationwideChildrens.org/TWIG. Tickets are $5 each or three for $10. The drawing will be held on Sunday, June 29 – ticket holders need not be present to win.
