Michael T. Brady, MD, is an Investigator at the Center for Developmental Pharmacology and Toxicology, Nationwide Children’s Research Institute, Chair of the Department of Pediatrics, The Ohio State University College of Medicine, and Physician-in-Chief and a member of the Division of Infectious Diseases at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Dr. Brady’s clinical interests include the management of infants, children and adolescents with infectious diseases, particularly human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection and health care-associated infections. His research interests are primarily associated with clinical trials for the treatment of HIV infection, the management of complications of HIV infection, and measures for identification and prevention of healthcare-associated infections. He is Principal Investigator of the Ryan White HIV Project (FACES), delivering family centered care to HIV-infected children and their families. He also is the Principal Investigator of the Pediatric AIDS Clinical Trials Group subunit sponsored through the National Institutes of Health. Hospital positions include Physician Director of the Medical Subspecialty Clinics, Physician Director of the Department of Epidemiology, Physician Director of the HIV Program and Director of the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Fellowship Program.
