Joanna Kramer, DO, MPH, third year resident in the Dual Pediatric Residency Program at Nationwide Children's Hospital and Doctors Hospital, recently received the 2015 American Osteopathic Foundation (AOF) Outstanding Resident of the Year Award. According to the AOF, the award recognizes osteopathic residents whose combination of clinical promise, leadership, ability to think outside the box and commitment to their patients and the osteopathic profession separate them from others. The award is presented in partnership with the American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians. This year, five residents were recognized in emergency, internal, pediatric, obstetrics and gynecological and family medicine. Dr. Kramer will be honored on October 16 at the AOF’s Honors 2015.
