Premature babies often need special formulas to help them grow, both in the neonatal intensive care unit and when they get home. For the last 12 years, formula room technician Deitra Cassell has been helping to make sure that these babies get the formula they need by preparing and distributing infant formula to patient units as they need it. A Nationwide Children’s employee for 23 years, Cassell enjoys knowing that the work she does helps babies grow and get to go home.
