This conference will utilize sport-specific evaluation techniques for the young athlete and will discuss treatments that are supported by best evidence to address conditions unique to the active adolescent population. Sessions also will include applications of differential diagnosis principles to identify conditions in adolescents that require physician referral. The target audience includes Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Certified Strength and Conditioning Professionals, Physical Therapy and Athletic Training Students. Grand Rounds presentations are provided Thursdays from 8 to 9 a.m. in Stecker Auditorium on the Nationwide Children’s main campus. Important Deadlines for Maintenance of Certification (MOC)

Part 4 QI Projects

New MOC Projects: Physicians seeking approval of new QI projects for MOC Part 4 in 2015 must submit all application materials no later than 10/30/2015.

Participation Forms: To receive Part 4 credit for participating in NCH-approved MOC projects in 2015 you must submit an Attestation Form, signed by the project leader, no later than 11/20/2015. Please note that this is earlier than individual board deadlines for completing MOC requirements.
