In 2011 the hospital converted Supply Chain, Finance and Payroll functions to Lawson, a software program that allows many Nationwide Children’s electronic programs to communicate with each other. On February 18, 2013, most HR functions will also be converted to Lawson, including benefits, performance appraisals (reviews), job applications, personnel actions and more. This transition is being referred to as the "Lawson HR implementation" or "Lawson Phase II."
How will this affect me? A couple of areas that you may use often are Lawson Employee Self Service,which allows employees online access to view and make updates to your benefits and paycheck, and Lawson Employee Space, which provides online access to view and make updates to your personal profile, apply for internal jobs and complete self-appraisals.
