July Employee of the Month
Ronda always goes above and beyond to help not only the entire Purchasing department, but all of our internal customers. She is determined to provide best outcomes for her customers, whether that means helping to process an order, making sure a PO is correct, submitting a payment or handling any other challenges that may get thrown her way. Ronda isn’t afraid to ask questions and if she doesn’t know the answer to a question she always works hard to find it. She also offers to help colleagues who may be out of the office and helps train new employees. Ronda always has a smile on her face and every morning, she makes a point to say hello to everyone on the team. Ronda is a great member of the NCH team.
July Volunteer of the Month
More than 175 hours of service
Congratulations to Dale Mittler on his selection as the July Volunteer of the Month. Dale began volunteering on H5 in May of 2012 and began volunteering with the Reach Out and Read program in January of 2013. He has dedicated more than 175 hours of service. As a Literacy Champion, Dale spends his afternoons modeling reading techniques and encouraging families to participate in shared reading both in the waiting area and at home. A self-starter from day one, Dale immediately appeared at ease in his role as a volunteer. “Dale is enthusiastic at the beginning and end of every shift,” says Child Life Specialist Amy LeRoy.
