Several areas of the Wexner Building of The Research Institute haven’t been upgraded since the building opened 24 years ago. Since several occupants moved their labs to Research Building III, areas within the Wexner building are getting a facelift.
New carpet and floor tile are being installed on the first, second and third floors of the Wexner Building. Offices are being painted and reconfigured. Labs are being painted, rearranged and renovated. The lab floors are being stripped and waxed and all the casework and countertops are getting cleaned or replaced. Soon, the Wexner atrium and connector hallway to Research Building ll will have new carpet and paint as well.
