Facilities: Cores Settling Into Wexner Second Floor

The new clean room to support the Tissue Engineering Program is nearly finished on the second floor of the Wexner building. The validation process by an outside company will be complete by the end of February. Dr. Breuer’s Tissue Engineering Group will then perform their own qualification process of three separate runs to make sure they pass all quality control and expected outcome parameters. After these three successful runs, the clean room will be fully operational.

Core labs will continue to move into their renovated space on the Wexner second floor, including the Viral Vector Core, Morphology Core and the Biospecimen Core Resource. The Flow Cytometry Core completed their move in December.
