Do You Know a High-Achieving High School Student?

Applications for the next session of Mechanisms of Human Health and Disease, a program for high school students who excel in science, are now available.  Mechanisms is a fast-paced, in-depth program designed to challenge the serious science student who is interested in medicine or medical research. Students investigate cancer and other disease topics with lectures from research experts.  At the final class, students present their research paper to friends, family and researchers at Nationwide Children’s.

Applications must be submitted and postmarked by March 4, 2011.  More information and application forms are available online at, search under “Courses for Kids.”
