Mark I. Mentser, MD

Mark Mentser, MD, is Chief of the Section of Nephrology at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, and Director of Pediatric Nephrology in the Department of Pediatrics and an Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Mentser received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. His clinical and research interests include pediatric dialysis and renal transplantation, growth failure in children with chronic kidney disease and hypertension. He is a co-principal investigator in a multi-center study evaluating the use of prophylactic antibiotics in children with vesicoureteral reflux.
