Julie C. Wilson, MD

Julie Wilson, MD, who completed her fellowship in Sports Medicine at Nationwide Children's Hospital, is the most recent addition to the Sports Medicine team. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the Ohio State University College of Medicine and is board certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics. During her fellowship, Dr. Wilson served as team physician for Kenyon College and she is currently the team physician for Canal Winchester High School. Dr. Wilson is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Council on Sports Medicine and Fitness, the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine, and the American College of Sports Medicine. Her professional interests include medical education, the role of obesity in overuse and acute injuries, and concussions in the pediatric athlete. In her spare time, Dr. Wilson enjoys playing soccer, cycling, swimming and reading.
