This is a 3 week intensive program designed to target athletes as they begin their high school careers. This program will give incoming freshmen athletes the ability to learn key weight lifting techniques, speed and agility drills, core training, and plyometrics in a safe, supervised manner. After the training sessions, these athletes will be better prepared for the high school strength and conditioning programs. Learning correct technique early will not only give them an advantage on the playing field or court, but will also decrease their risk for injuries!
