Submit Your Story

If you are a current patient of Nationwide Children's Hospital's Hematology/Oncology & BMT department and would like to add your story to our web site, please fill out the following information by typing in each field. We will be in touch prior to adding your story to our site for final review and approval.

Examples of the type of information we're looking for (one of these options or a mixture) can be:

• Describe your experience (diagnosis, treatment, etc.)

• Supporting words for other families going through this

• Tips for dealing with the challenges (i.e. pain management, feeding tube, etc.)

• How you've helped your child and his/her siblings deal emotionally

• Patient update
