Are you the parent of a child 1-6 years of age? Do you want them to feel and do their best? Join other parents in the Happy Healthy Preschoolers program!
The FREE Happy Healthy Preschoolers (HHP) program offers parents of children ages 1 to 6 help on choosing healthy foods for their children and ways to keep them active. These one-hour sessions, taught by community volunteers, bring parents together to learn and share successful ways to make healthy eating and active play a daily, life-long habit. Classes are once per week for six weeks.
Classes are NOT lecture-style. Instead, lessons provide time for hands-on activities, group discussions about key messages for simple and most effective lifestyle changes as a family, and group problem-solving among parents in order to build a sense of community.
