Giving Circles for Individuals

The Giving Circles program honors individual donors whose annual gifts total $100 or more. The generosity of these donors helps us fulfill our mission to provide family-centered healthcare because when your child needs a hospital, everything matters. Thank you for your support!

There are five circles of which you can be a member! The benefits associated with each circle include:

Silver Circle ($100-$249)
Benefits include:

• Receive Nationwide Children’s Hospital Foundation publications

• Invitation to attend Silver Circle Celebration at Nationwide Children's Hospital Championship

• Listing in the Annual Report of Philanthropy

Gold Circle ($250-$499)
All Silver Circle benefits plus:

• Invitation to attend annual Gold Circle Celebration at the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium

Platinum Circle ($500-$999)
All Gold Circle benefits plus:

• Invitation to attend the Platinum Circle Celebration

Leadership Circle ($1,000-$9,999)
All Platinum Circle benefits plus:

• Invitation to attend the annual Dinner with The Doctors

• Invitation to attend the Leadership Circle Celebration at the Memorial Tournament

Children's Circle of Care ($10,000 and up)
All Leadership Circle benefits plus: 

• Opportunity to attend a local Children's Circle of Care event
   

Giving Circles for Businesses, Organizations and Foundations

Another part of our Giving Circles program includes unique benefits for businesses, organizations and foundations. We count on the generosity of our community partners to help us provide the margin of excellence that our patients and families deserve.

Below are the five membership circles for business, organization and foundation partners. Also, make sure to view a listing of our generous benefactors.

Silver Circle ($100-$249)
Benefits include:

• Receive Nationwide Children’s Hospital Foundation publications

• Invitation to attend Silver Circle Celebration at the Nationwide Children's Hospital Championship

• Listing in the Annual Report of Philanthropy

Gold Circle ($250-$499)
All Silver Circle benefits plus:

• Invitation to attend annual Gold Circle Celebration at the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium

Platinum Circle ($500-$999)
All Gold Circle benefits plus:

• Inclusion in the year-end thank you ad in The Columbus Dispatch

• Invitation to attend the Platinum Circle Celebration

Leadership Circle ($1,000-$9,999)
All Platinum Circle benefits plus:

• Invitation to attend the Leadership Circle Celebration at the Memorial Tournament

• Opportunity to be acknowledged on the Nationwide Children's Hospital website

Children's Circle of Care ($10,000 and up)*
All Leadership Circle benefits plus:

• Opportunity to present a check on-air during the 2013 Children's Miracle Network Hospital's Telethon

• Invitation to attend Dinner with The Doctors

• Opportunity to attend a local Circle of Care event

*Children's Circle of Care membership is for privately held companies only.
