Gene Regulation Analysis

The ChIP-on-Chip DNA microarrays allow the monitoring of binding events of DNA-binding proteins to proximal promoters of human, mouse, yeast genomes or defined regions such as the ENCODE region. In addition to mapping sites of histone modification and transcription factor binding, these tools are being utilized to study DNA Methylation, Origins of Replication and numerous other possibilities.
