Government Relations

The Government Relations Department advocates for public policy involving child health and facilitates Children’s Hospital’s interactions with public officials by employing a variety of advocacy efforts including:
  • Creating programming and educational materials to keep hospital employees and friends updated on child health issues
  • Overseeing the Children’s Action Network, a grassroots advocacy network
  • Supplying information on how to contact and communicate with public officials
  • Meeting with legislators in Washington, D.C. and the Ohio Statehouse to discuss and develop child health policy
  • Facilitating tours for public officials and staff who wish to visit Children’s Hospital

Childrens Action Network
