Surgeon
A pediatric surgeon is a doctor who performs surgery on your child, and is committed to getting you home and back to your everyday activities as quickly as possible. Your surgeon will work with a team of anesthesiologists, nurses and other caregivers to develop a plan of care just for your child.
Anesthesiologist
An anesthesiologist is a specially trained doctor who makes sure your child doesn't feel anything during surgery. We understand how stressful the thought of your child receiving anesthesia can be, and are always available to answer your questions and explain how anesthesia works.
Nurse
Nurses work with your surgeon to take care of your child. A team of nurses will be with your child every step of the way on surgery day – from getting your child ready for surgery, to the operating room, to getting you ready to go home.
Registration Specialist
This is the first person you'll see when you come to The Westerville Surgery Center. Your registration specialist will work with you to gather information, which will help our team make a plan of care for your child.
