Research Interests
Dr. Ramilo is studying the immunopathogenesis of viral infections, specifically respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).  He is working to understand the infectious properties of the virus itself and to understand how the body’s immune response contributes to the lung damage and persistence of clinical symptoms related to RSV.
