Brief Description of Pulmonary Medicine: |
The Section of Pulmonary Medicine is devoted to diagnosis and management of all acute and chronic respiratory disorders and diseases in children. Acute and chronic pulmonary diseases and non-pulmonary disorders affecting the respiratory system are cared for with an interdisciplinary team approach.
The Section of Pulmonary Medicine is accredited by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as a Cystic Fibrosis Center and by the American Lung Association as an Asthma Clinical Research Center.
