Brief Description of Ear, Nose & Throat Services (Otolaryngology):
Staffed by fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologists and pediatric nurse practitioners, the Department of Otolaryngology (ENT) provides comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for children who have ear, nose and throat diseases, hearing loss, sinusitis, airway obstruction and voice problems. The department serves as an integral part of many multidisciplinary clinics, including Cleft Palate/Craniofacial, Feeding Disorders, Cystic Fibrosis and Congenital Vascular Tumor clinics.
Working closely with Interventional Radiology, our otolaryngologists provide cutting-edge, minimally invasive (non-surgical) treatment for congenital lymphatic malformations as well as other congenital and acquired cysts in the head and neck region. The department also offers hearing and voice clinics for pediatric patients and a state-of-the-art cochlear implant program.
The members of your Nationwide Children’s Hospital Hearing Team and our families invite you, our hearing aid and cochlear implant families, to picnic with us on Saturday, August 29 from 11am - 2pm. Learn more »
