Children's Hospital makes it easy for you to brighten up your loved one's room, not to mention his or her spirits, with a
free personalized greeting card. All you have to do is follow a few simple steps to customize your card. It's simple and
fun and most of all, you can express just how much you care.

Please keep in mind that the cards are printed once a day, Monday through Friday at 9:30 a.m. and are
delivered by a representative from the Patient and Family Services Department. Card delivery cannot be guaranteed for the following day.
Please include the patient's FULL name and provide a forwarding address incase the patient is discharged (we will mail the card to the
recipient).
