CME Transcript Center

Due to recently made software changes, the online CME transcript center is no longer available.

To obtain transcript data for CME credit earned prior to 2012, please email your request to: CMEOffice@nationwidechildrens.org or call (614) 355-0650. Please allow 5 business days to process your request. For Nationwide Children’s Hospital Medical Staff members, copies of 2011 transcripts will be forwarded to the Medical Staff Office and placed in your credentialing file after 2/15/12.

Nationwide Children's Hospital is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. In compliance with accreditation standards, the CME Office retains participation records for all activities.

For all Nationwide Children's Hospital Medical Staff Members, the CME Office tracks bothAMA-PRA Category 1 Credit(s)^TM and self-claimed Category 2 Credits. Other physicians and health professionals receive a certificate if a completed activity evaluation is submitted to the CME Office.
