Schedule of Family Events*
Saturday, February 25
5:45 pm  Arrive at Ohio Union
6:00 pm  Special family dinner with BuckeyeThon and a private band performance
7:00 pm  Introduction to color teams and meet student dancers
7:30 pm  Grand Entrance (entering with OSU athletes)
         Opening Ceremony  (each child announced)
8:00 through 9:30 pm  Dancing with students
         Some families/parents speak
         Dancing with students
         Participating in crafts, playing games, and painting faces with students
         Some kids help judge a large color team contest
9:30 pm  Hair cutting ceremony  (children help cutting hair)
9:45 pm  Depart Ohio Union
Families may stay later if they so desire, but scheduled activities for the children are notplanned after this time.

Sunday, February 26
7:00 am  Arrive at Ohio Union
7:30 am  Closing Ceremonies (children to assist in reveal) and celebration

*No participating family is "required" to attend activities; they are simply available
to you. For planning purposes, please advise which events you plan to attend. Also,
each family will be assigned to a team and have two escorts from that team to assist
them throughout the marathon.
