Behavioral consult services are provided for individuals on the spectrum ages 3 to young adult. These services also equip caregivers with consultation, intervention and education.
The primary purpose of the program is to assess and treat significant behavior problems, including:
Treatment and intervention strategies emphasize parent training, and a psychologist and/or consultant meets with the child and parents on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Consultation and intervention services for schools, participating on IEP teams and training other service providers is also included.
