To Arrange a Transport 24 hours a day call 1-800-642-6666 and ask to be transferred to the transport team, or call the transport team directly at 1-614-722-5100.

At the time of your call please have the following information available:

• Requesting (ie: referring) Physician

• Patient’s location (facility and unit)

• Patient Name

• Patient age

• Patient weight

• Parent’s availability (whether currently inpatient, at bedside, or reliable contact phone number)

• Pertinent medical information to include:

  • Current medical condition and suspected diagnose

  • Status of airway, venous access, current medications

  • Any other medical information
