2008 Alumni Weekend Recap

A fun-filled weekend was enjoyed by all alumni “family” of Nationwide Children’s Hospital.  The 2008 reunion weekend began with a multi-topic pearls style educational conference on Friday, September 19, 2008 at Nationwide Children’s Hospital featuring the following speakers and their special topics.

Directly following the morning’s presentations was a luncheon and live “Cath Lab” procedure.  Friday evening began with a social hour at “The Columbus” A Renaissance Hotel followed by a dinner gala and presentation of the Golden Stethoscope Award Honorees.  On Saturday, September 20, 2008 a buckeye tailgate party held at the Longaberger Alumni House on The Ohio State University campus followed by attending the football game concluded the weekend.  There was good food, great networking and much celebration as the Buckeyes brought home the win.
